Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Processing time is separate from shipping time and refers to the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment.
During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may extend to 3-5 business days. We will notify you if any delays are expected.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
- Cost: $10 for orders under $100
- FREE shipping on orders $100 and above
Express Shipping (2-5 business days)
- Cost: $15
International Shipping
International Standard (2-27 business days)
- Rates calculated based on destination and package weight
- Starting at $30
Note: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes (for expedited and express shipping)
- APO/FPO addresses
- Remote or rural areas with limited carrier access
Certain products may have shipping restrictions. These will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been delivered to the address provided. We recommend:
- Providing a secure delivery address
- Requesting signature confirmation for high-value orders
- Using package tracking to monitor delivery
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Undelivered Packages
If your package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Address Changes
Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee address changes. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at concreteplaygroundenterprises@gmail.com. Address changes requested after an order has shipped cannot be accommodated.
Holiday Shipping
During holiday seasons, we recommend placing orders early to ensure delivery before holidays. Specific holiday shipping deadlines will be posted on our website and social media channels.
Special Handling
Fragile Items
Items marked as fragile will be packaged with extra care and protection. Additional handling time may be required.
Large Items
Oversized items may require special shipping arrangements. Estimated delivery times and additional fees will be communicated before finalizing your order.
